Battle is Already Won

Because Easter just happened last weekend, I wanted a devotional themed around the death and resurrection of Christ, specifically that the battle is won!
When Jesus died on the cross, He defeated our sin and the evil in this world. When He rose from the dead, we were raised up as well, a new life with Christ living in us.
“I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” (Gal 2:20)
Does anyone have any thoughts on this that they would like to share?
“In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33)
All the struggles, the sin, and the pain that we deal with can feel crushing. But God has defeated the enemy, and we have been saved from sin and death. This doesn’t mean we don’t suffer, but it does give us hope for the future. We know that no matter how difficult the spiritual battle, victory is assured. There will come a day when we will be able to stand with God, free from everything that weighs us down. Like stepping outside into the sun and breathing the cool fresh air.
Revelation Song
Worthy is the
Lamb who was slain
Holy, holy is He
Sing a new song
To Him who sits on
Heaven's mercy seat
x2
Holy, holy, holy
Is the Lord, God Almighty
Who was and is and is to come, yeah
With all creation I sing, praise to the King of Kings
You are my everything
And I will adore You
Clothed in rainbows of living color
Flashes of lighting, rolls of thunder
Blessing and honor, strength and glory and power be
To You, the only wise King
Holy, holy, holy
Is the Lord, God Almighty
Who was and is and is to come, yeah
With all creation I sing, praise to the King of Kings
You are my everything
And I will adore You
Filled with wonder
Awestruck wonder
At the mention of Your name
Jesus, Your name is power
Breath and living water
Such a marvelous mystery
Holy, holy, holy
Is the Lord God Almighty
Who was and is and is to come, oh
With all creation I sing, praise to the King of Kings
You are my everything
And I will adore You
